Lovely giftable item. Extremely well packaged and I especially appreciated the use of biodegradable brown packing paper vs. styro 'peanuts!' Application of paint on glass is precise and vivid. Very pleased with seller and her merch!

We ask to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please refer to our Breakage & Returns Portal and submit your order number, email used to purchase, as well as 2-3 images of the broken glass in it's original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

We have a free 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Breakage & Returns Portal to submit a free return or exchange request. 

We do not offer custom gift wrapping and notes for the time being. We are looking to add them soon.
