Product & Store Questions 

What are your glasses made of?

Depending on the type of glass, size, and design we use either borosilicate glass and/or soda lime glasses.

How are the glasses made?

Depends on the type of glass. All of our painted glassware designs are coated with a waterproof sealant to ensure longevity. Our Glass Figurines are all melted and heated to allow the formation of the figure itself. Our Matte and Frosted Glasses are Sandblasted for it’s unique texture and feel.

All of our glassware goes through regular Prop-65 testing to ensure Lead-free compliance.

Do you provide custom and personalized orders? 

We currently do not support custom orders at this time, however we do have a survey design request form you can fill out here. We’re always looking for new designs and ideas.


Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging? 

Most packages will be shipped in a gift box, depending on when the item was ordered. We are currently upgrading all our packaging into gift boxes. We do not offer custom gift wrapping and notes for the time being. We are looking to add them soon. 


Are the glasses dishwasher safe? 

We recommend handwashing for all of our items to reduce chance of breakage and to maintain the integrity of design.

Where are your items made?

All of our glassware is designed right here in the USA. We work with and source different types of glass from a variety of manufacturers overseas to produce our glassware. All of our manufacturers have been heavily vetted and hold an accumulated experience of over 300 years in the glassware industry in order to bring you the highest quality glassware possible.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges 

My item broke during transit. How can I receive a replacement?

We ask to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please refer to our Breakage & Returns Portal and submit your order number, email used to purchase, as well as 2-3 images of the broken glass in it's original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

The product wasn't what I expected. Can I return and/or exchange my item? 

We have a free 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Breakage & Returns Portal to submit a free return or exchange request.
