We ask toĀ inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We have a free 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our hummingbird glasses are packaged securely in a white gift box. We do not offer custom gift wrapping and notes for the time being. We are looking to add them soon.Ā
