Hand Blown Figural Glassware
We recommend handwashing for all of our items to reduce chance of breakage and to maintain the integrity of design.
Depending on the type of glass, size, and design we use either borosilicate glass and/or soda lime glasses. All of our glassware go through regular Prop-65 testing to ensure Lead-free compliance.
We currently do not support custom orders at this time, however we do have a survey design request form you can fill out here. We’re always looking for new designs and ideas.
Most packages will be shipped in a gift box. We are currently upgrading all our packaging into gift boxes. We do not offer custom gift wrapping and notes for the time being. We are looking to add them soon.
We ask to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please refer to our Breakage & Returns Portal and submit your order number, email used to purchase, as well as 2-3 images of the broken glass in it's original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
We have a free 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Breakage & Returns Portal to submit a free return or exchange request.
