Please refer to our Breakage & Returns Portal and submit your order number, email used to purchase, as well as 2-3 images of the broken glass in it's original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
We have a free 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Breakage & Returns Portal to submit a free return or exchange request.
Our stag collection is packaged in a sleek black gift box. We do not offer custom gift wrapping and notes for the time being. We are looking to add them soon.
