I ordered these and they had a label on them stating made in China.
Not what I expected from a glass maker. Not sure I would purchase from here again without a guarantee of it being made in America.
There was a cosmetic issue with one of the set of 4 glasses I ordered. I contacted and they resolved right away and sent a replacement. Very pleased with the items and the customer service.

We recommend handwashing for all of our items to reduce chance of breakage and to maintain the integrity of design.
We ask to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please refer to our Breakage & Returns Portal and submit your order number, email used to purchase, as well as 2-3 images of the broken glass in it's original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
We have a free 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Breakage & Returns Portal to submit a free return or exchange request.
Our bling collection is packaged securely in a white gift box. We do not offer custom gift wrapping and notes for the time being. We are looking to add them soon.
